I am going to identify all genes which involved in phytosterol biosynthesis from initial step to final product as stigmasterol, please help me because I don't know how I can do it.

There are GO: terms as sterol biosynthesis or cholesterol biosynthesis or ergosterol biosynthesis.

may be this tool could help you, Its AgriGo, it should have genes from phytosterol biosynthesis pathway
