Indels.vcf and SNPs.vcf from GATK ftp.

Hi All,

I was trying to get indels.vcf from ftp but I am not able to point to correct folder for this task. As mentioned here. I already logged in to ftp mentioned here and the getting this folder structure.

I am not sure where to go from here to download Indels.vcf and SNPs.vcf for ReAligner steps. I was able to download these files from here already. but not getting this time. :( :(

The files you're looking for are in "bundle" folder if I remember correctly.

But its not working this time. I checked "bundle" folder already.

Maybe the server was full. Now I'm able to get the files.
