I know this has been asked before, but I am new to looking at data and am trying to normalize my CEL file. It appears I need the CDF file for MoGene-2_0. I went to the Affymetrix site and found both of these under the Library Files section, but after downloading the library file installer still cannot locate the cdf file. Should it appear in one of the folders or do I need to look someplace else? Thanks!

I'm not sure if relevant to bioinformatics. Also, not everyone has access to Affymettrix pages that are open to only registered users.

Thank you for responding.

Could you suggest any more appropriate resources for help Analyzing Affy data? Specifically I tried using the affy package in R but it didn't recognize my data sets, so I was trying to convert them so I could look at them a different way. I found this board/community through a google search and have found several useful posts on analysis here but would love any more information.

I'm sorry, but I can't help you with that. I'm not an expert in Affymetrix, and I was merely remarking on the question in general.

Although, if the R package did not recognize your file, you might have better luck if you post the error you face here (in a separate post)
