Off topic:How to convert PERL/BASH program into web-based

Hi,

I have developed many scripts (written in PERL and BASH), then come out as a pipeline. Before this I run the scripts using linux terminal. Now, I want to convert that scripts/programs to be a web-accessible tool. Meaning that, I would like to port the program with a web GUI in my webserver.

Since I am very new on this field, could anybody suggest me what is this things being called, and how to do that? Perhaps, if there any tutorial/courses for such effort, I hope you could state it here.
