I have a list (3,804) of refseq protein ID and their expression value from Deinococcus radiodurans R1 , i want to map them to biocyc cellular overview.

                  NP_293887    352
                  NP_296365    131
                  NP_293888    157
                  NP_296366    293
                  NP_296367    921
                  NP_293889    596
                  NP_296368    441

First, i try to up load it directly (http://biocyc.org/overviewsWeb/celOv.shtml) and i am sure my format is coorect, but they give reply that:

"The data contained no rows that could be mapped to objects in the selected organism. "

Second, i try to convert these ids to biocyc id using uniport (http://www.uniprot.org/uploadlists/) ,but i get not hit:

"2,895 out of 3,804 identifiers from RefSeq Protein were successfully mapped to 1 BioCyc ID."

third, i convert them to UniProtKB id, it work well. for example, NP_293887 can convert to entry Q9RXZ1 and gene name DR_0163, and i can click it and link to this page (http://www.uniprot.org/uniprot/Q9RXZ1). you can find:

'Enzyme and pathway databases

BioCyci DRAD243230:GH46-169-MONOMER.

'

this is mean i can find this gene in biocyc and the organism is right. but why i can not convert to biocyc id or just map to cellular overview?

could anyone help me to solve this problem?
