what is the meaning of exon ID for a whole genome sequenced SNP

I have got the data of the whole genome sequencing. The information they provided for a certain SNP contains both the exon Rank and exon ID. So what is the differences of these?

Look here for exons IDs and the exon rank simply refers to the exon's position within the transcript.
