Hi all,
I have a number in my head for the average fraction of variants in a human genome that are homozygous. I'm looking through some data, but I don't have access to a super large cohort to check this out, and for some reason googling doesn't help me out.
So, is there a standard expectation for the fraction of variants called in a human sample that would be homozygous?
