Hi, the UCSC Genome Browser allows to obtain FASTAs of the regulatory sequences of a given gene starting from its GenBank's accession number. I would rather prefer to obtain as output the exact genomic range and I would like to know how. Should I use UCSC Table Browser? Eventually, how?

In addition, if for example I took the sole intronic regions of a given gene, I would like to obtain a list of ranges each corresponding to a single intron, instead of a single range (which, naturally, would include the whole strand from the 5' extremity of the first intron to the 3' extremity of the last one).
