Roadmap Epigenomics project published a huge dump of data recently, some of it for T-Cells 

Other than that there is a massive (but old) ChIP-seq dataset for histone modifications in CD4+ T-Cells from K. Zhao group, published in two sets:

  1. Methylations:
  2. Acetylations:

For transcription factor ChIP-seq I recommend having a look at the ReMap project:
