  Job Responsibilities  


"Bioinformatic and statistical analysis of genomic, transcriptomic, metabolomic and proteomic datasets.
"Integration of the above omics datasets to improve our understanding, and aid engineering of the selected microbial host.
"Liaise within a multi-disciplinary team of scientists, presenting, reviewing and appraising results.



"PhD Bioinformatics, Computational Biology or a related field.
"Excellent analytical thinking skills and a solid foundation in biological data analysis, microbial physiology and biochemistry.
"Expertise in applying bioinformatics and statistical tools to analyse, interpret and disseminate knowledge gained from a wide range of high-throughput biological data either independently or integratively.
"Experience in the visual presentation of biological data from high-throughput experiments and other sources to non-bioinformatics audiences.
"Ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment, both independently and as part of a team setting.
