Hi all,

I'm using jMOTU (M. Blaxter) for generating MOTU in my metabarcoding project. But in my one sample I have to many sequences (almost 50 000) and software is issuing a message that I don't have enough memory. I have 10 Gb RAM and I run jMOTU with parameter -Xmx8000m, so it would use 8Gb RAM. Still it is not enough. In the manual, there is a information about batch mode, but I don't know how to do this. It can't be just running parts of a sample, because the results would be different and I don't how I could that merged them. I didn't find any information about it. Do anyone has an idea how it could be done?

Thanks
