Hi,

I'm trying to find the "Age" information for the HapMap samples.

Its on the Coriell website for some of them, for example:

http://ccr.coriell.org/Sections/Search/Sample_Detail.aspx?Ref=GM12043&PgId=166

But is there anywhere this is available that won't involve manually querying all 270 of these on this website!?

I haven't been able to find this online.

Thanks,

Paul.

Not available anywhere.

EDIT: for HapMap, some samples have the age information but a lot of them do not, for example NA12878 from pedigree 1463, NA18507 and NA19240, the several mostly studied individuals. When studying the human mutation rate, Conrad et al. (2011) really wanted to get the parental age information for the NA12878-NA12891-NA12892 trio as the per generation mutation rate gets larger when the father gets older at the birth of the child. Unfortunately, this information is not available.

But yes, it would be great if you can get the sample age information whenever available.

Thanks dude. I'm thinking of writing a script to pull this data from coriell website, if I do I'll post the data online.
