Plink To Vcf Converter

Hello,

Is there any tool/command which can convert PLINK format into VCF format ?

I tried to install PLINK/SEQ but there are just too many errors in setting up the project folder and getting to run the program.

Check out PGDspider. It looks like it may do what you want... If it doesn't it's still a great tool to know about.
