I am using Cytoscape 3.1 to display protein-protein interaction network. I imported the network file "file.txt" and selected the layout to display the network on Cytoscape. Now I want to highlight  shortest path (edge and nodes) between two selected nodes (eg C to E). Could anyone please tell me the way to highlight the shortest path on Cytoscape.

Example "file.txt"

gene1 interaction gene2

A PPi B

A PPi C

C PPi B

C PPi D

B PPi E

D PPi E

Now I want to know the path between C to E

Results would be : (1) C-B-E

                               (2) C-D-E

I am not familiar with cytoscape command line. I would encourage if provide me the detail script according to my "file.txt".

Thank you very much,

Ahmed
