CADD score at dbNFSP

I was annotating SNP's with CADD score with dbNFSP. dbNFSP says that its CADD score has been updated to 1.3 version. I tried to annotate my SNP's from uploading at http://cadd.gs.washington.edu/score. I am confused as both places are giving different results for CADD for same SNPs.

For e.g, Chr1 and Position 874665 has CADD score 13.95 for CADD Phred at dbNFSP database while CADD server is giving result as 3.034.

I am not sure why this is having diff result. Any one can please explain me on this.

I sent mail to dbNFSP developer and he has given this replied !! Posting here so It may be useful for other!

Hello Najeeb,

The CADD version included in dbNSFP v2.9 is v1.2, not v1.3. The README file has the correct version number but the website had the wrong version number and I have just corrected it. To find CADD v1.3 score, please use dbNSFP v3.0 instead. Sorry for the confusion.
