Soil Metagenomes - % Classified and Unclassified

Hello Guys,

I would like to identify which taxonomic groups were classified in my soil metagenomic data. I did some preliminary tests with the Kraken software and getting a low number (5 - 9 %) of classified reads in Domain level. Anyone got similar results?
