hi,

I tried linear regression of SNP genotypes (age and sex as covariates) with a quantitative trait. The output contains three rows per each SNP, under TEST section for each SNP in output there are three categories ADD, SEX and AGE and there is BETA, STAT and P values for each of them. What does ADD; SEX and AGE rows for each SNP signify. Is the p value in ADD row correspond to p value after age and sex as covariates. Any help will is appreciated

Yes. See the "Covariates and interactions" subsection at http://pngu.mgh.harvard.edu/~purcell/plink/anal.shtml#glm
