Hi All,

I have some microarray data to sort out. I performed already an initial clustering with DAVID and some other things which narrowed down my analysis to 40 candidates receptors which could bind my molecule of interest.

How would you sort this even further? I am interested to know if these receptor could bind my protein, and I then would like to verify in vitro if I can block this effect.

Unfortunately I cannot perform the experiment with 40 candidates but I need to sort even further.

I thought maybe to use STRING and see if my protein is predicted to bind to these receptors, but it feels like it would not work as it should. Anybody has any idea how to preoceed?

Many thanks
