Parentage from genetic fingerprinting (AFPL, dominant markers)

Hi,

I have a genotype a group of individuals Paternal,Maternal and possible offspring for a dominant marker from AFPL and would like confirm/determine parentage. I have tried to use FaMoz but keeps giving errors (nag nag which?) Any idea of a package or script that I could use?

How can you infer parentage based on one marker? What is your dominant marker and why is it suitable?

I apologies I do not have a single maker I have approximately 200 markers.

The markers have been obtained using AFLP and as mentioned I have approximately 200 markers. Any help would be appreciated.

Please try to improve your question, then you will get answers, for example: ".... but keeps giving errors ...." just isn't enough. At least you finally clarified the technology, please don't expect specific answers to unspecific questions.
