In general, if you experience any problems with InterProScan 5, it would be best to email the InterProScan 5 support / comments email address: This query was spotted by a colleague when googling for something else - I didn't even know this forum / site existed!

For anyone else reading this who is interested, InterProScan 5 is currently in beta release (not suitable or real research yet!). You can find more details at
