Is there any program for automatically assess multialignment

Hello,

I have multialignment file. Is there any program which can automatically assess the quality of alignments. Multi alignment was made with Clustal omega.

You can try use Unipro UGENE (http://ugene.net/)

1. Open your multiple alignment file
2. Open statistics tab and enable distance column (https://ugene.unipro.ru/wiki/display/UUOUM20/Statistics)
Or create distance matrix by click in main menu "Actions"->"Statistics"->"Generate distance matrix" (https://ugene.unipro.ru/wiki/display/UUOUM20/Distance+Matrix)
