not being mapped in blast2go

I'm trying to get my sequence mapped but non of them is being mapped, however I'm sure there is no problem with my sequence itself and e-value distribution since I had been able to mapped these set of sequence previously.

Not mapped to what? Please elaborate on why you're sure your sequences *have* to get mapped.

Check if your port for your computer is open. If not, unless you open it does not work. I had same problem with previous versions of B2Go.Think it is same problem for you.
