How can run QuantiSNP at matlab faster ??

I worked on Quantisnp. It takes a long time to run and matlab still busy all day. I changed some direction in code and add this command mex fwdhmmC.c to run C file (fwdhmmC.c) and this command mex normaliseC to run C file (normaliseC)

The code runs completely but takes very long time. Can anybody help me?

Please edit the question so it makes a bit more sense to total strangers that have no idea what you're working on. Right now, all I see is - "MATLAB takes time to run QuantiSNP, I made a random change, but it still takes time, help" - that is not helpful because it does not give us any details on what you're trying to do.
