In silico saturated mutagenesis and evaluation

Hello everyone

I am looking for protocol for computation of saturated mutagenesis which is faster .For example if I have to mutate to 19 other residues can they be done in one single batch and then I can evaluate using FoldX.Please suggest ways for saturated mutagenesis
