In silico analysis of mutation for activity

Hello everyone

I want to evaluate in silico saturated mutants for activity.There are many protocol and servers available for stability but is there any method/server which are used for activity evaluation. One method is QSAR but its quite computationally intensive procedure.

It would be great if someone provide insights on this.
