Hi all, I have uploaded a network in Cytoscape that have at least 500 subnetworks that are not connected to each other. I would like to find a way to extract all this subnetworks without doing it manually one by one (I need at least a file with the Edge Table of each different table).

Thank you! Eva.

In cytoscape 3.x, go to Tools > NetworkAnalyzer > Subnetwork Creation > Extract Connected Components.

Edit: I just realized that in cytoscape, you still need to manually select the components one by one. For doing this automatically, some alternatives are the perl Graph module or the R iGraph package.
