Perl module existing for local sequence alignment S-W

Hi,

I need existing module for local alignment - Smith Waterman algoritm. Such as for global alignment - Needleman Wunsch i use Algorithm::NeedlemanWunsch.

Does it exist S-W? I found just MILLER_MYERS... I need already done version for comparison.

If you just need perl implementation (not specifically a module) of SW then do a google search. You will find multiple sources.

I need some sort already done implementation with using a library. Because I compare already done solution with library and my solution without using library. So I decide and searching a module if exist.
