Allen Brain Atlas/Brainspan bulk download

Hi,

I want to access correlation data from the developing brain transcriptome in Brainspan (http://www.brainspan.org/) for a particular gene but I can only download 2000 lines of data at a time, does anyone know if there is an option for a bulk download of all 52k+ lines of data?
