Are there any tools to figure out where a lincRNA (long noncoding RNA) would bind to in the genome?

There is statistical evidence pointing to a long non-coding RNA, but this lincRNA has not been implicated with my disease of interest nor any diseases/phenotypes across any databases. Are there any databases or algorithms that can help determine where this lincRNA binds to in the genome? Based on literature reviews, I believe it plays a role in the regulatory network as a transcription factor.
