With SNP coordinates from Homo Sapiens,

- Chromosome number and Chromosome position
- Genomic Accession and Genomic Coordinate
- mRNA Accession and mRNA Coordinate

What is the simplest way/tool to group them using protein structure? I don't have much background in biology so I don't know if I use the correct term but 'group them using protein structure' can probably refer to their secondary structure, tertiary structure or accessible surface area.

What exactly do you mean by "group them using protein structure"? Can you give an example? And what species are you referring to?

Sorry that I didn't make it clear. I edited my question by adding information regarding 'group them using protein structure' and some sample ways to categorize them.
