I am looking for 3 Bioinformaticians at different levels to join my client based in Switzerland. You will hold a PhD and have permission to work in Switzerland.
1st role covers Data Mining, R&D, exploring patterns on your own,you must have a strong programming language in R./Bioconductor, strong Linux bash Scripting experience, familiar with Python an advantage. Familiar with Galaxy or other pipeline building system. also Illumina and ionTorrent sequence data, wetlab. 2nd role covers an understanding of Biological, you will be working with diagnosing breast Cancer, interpreting data, sequencing, working on public databases, Literature. 3rd role cover I need a Bioinformatician that has strong C++ skills with R programming language and Java.
