Tutorial:How to get protein sequence from UniProtID or any other accession

Hi friends

I had that problem with converting UniProtID to sequence in new version of UniProt website but I got the answer from UniProt help desk (Thanks Elisabeth Gasteiger for her answer).

I think it might be worth to share with folks here.

"You can upload your list (convert it into text first) to batch retrieval service. Select to map from UniProtKB (or your accession) to UniProtKB, and once you have the result, you can click on "Download" to retrieve the sequences in FASTA format (select FASTA or "FASTA (canonical and isoform) from the dropdown."
