Pfb File For PennCNV Analysis Using Illumina HumanCore-24v1-0_A or Infinium Core-24v1.0

I'm looking at the PennCNV. I'm trying to find a PFB file for the Illumina HumanCore-24v1-0_A (Infinium Core-24v1.0) array platform.

Does anyone know whether this PFB file is available for download anywhere? The PennCNV contains different PFB files, but not a HumanCore-24v1-0_A (Infinium Core-24v1.0) file. It also includes a script, compile_pfb.pl, but it seems you need a population of samples to build it.
