i want to generate the sequence logo of my enzyme .i find out motif among all the enzyme. which is more appropriate to generate sequence alignment of all protein sequence or sequence alignment of motif all sequence. Please help me

thanks for your reply but my query is should i generate the seq logo of all my 23 seq of multiple alignment. or should i generate the logo of all the motif detected by prosite scan

I think a single uniform seq log is more suitable for description of a enzyme recognization site
