SRA prefetch error

prefetch.. command not found, prefetch is continuously throwing this error. I want to prefetch a dataset from SRA

Are you in the directory where the prefetch program is present? You could then run it as ./prefetch or if you are somewhere else then by providing full path to that executable as /path_to/prefetch (where path_to part is a real directory on your computer.

Try updating from here. Version 2.1.7 does not have prefetch.
