problem with R interactive plot

hi there, I came across a problem when use the R console, it cannot produce plot graphic result after run the R command with no error message even no warning message. only one file named Rplots.pdf produced but the size of this file is 0 b, in other words, there is nothing in this file. my operation system is centos7 and the version of R is 3.2.3 . so, is there anybody can help me to solve this problem, I appreciate it.

I think the data that you support whatever function with do not produce graph.

hi, medhat. I just figured out this problem. I used to install R by using source code, so I remove the previous version and install it by using the command line "yum install R". although I don't understand the reason, it works! anyway, thanks a lot
