I am just trying my hand on System Biology Workbench software, I have written a script in Jarnac for the reaction I have, it has worked out successfully. It is creating a Jacobian and stoichiometric matrices in the console window. Along with it, a phase plot is getting created showing a bifurcation curve. But I don't know how to interpret this phase plot. It will be very kind if someone helps me interpret this phase plot. Thank you in advance.
