Finding shared RNA secondary structure motifs

Hello, I have a set of RNA secondary structure predictions in dot-bracket format. Are there any tools which can compute a set of (short) common motifs of these predictions? Thanks for your help.

Badr et al. (2013) provide a review and comparison of different structural motif finding tools.
