I find people often use rsem normalized result of TCGA Rnaseq data in DCC server, but i can't find this data in the TCGA new server any more. Now, they only provide HTSeq-FPKM, HTSeq-FPKM-UQ and HTSeq-Counts data. Is that mean one of these three kind can instead rsem data? If not, how can i get rsem value from this three kind data? Thank you
