I was using nucleotide blast for a human gene against nucleotide database when a message showed up that CPU usage limit was exceeded. Please change your search strategy. What does this mean? How do I see the sequence similarity now and what all changes do I have to make?
Are you using a cluster and a job scheduler for this search? Perhaps you are exceeding hardware allocation.
