Hi

I am running Masurca on a 380MBp genome. I have 861G of disk space and masurca fails writes 818G to this disk. I read you can free some space and re-run the assembler so that it continues from where it left off. My question is, which files are safe to delete from the various output files.

Thank you

Hi, I have the same issued, so I asked the team, this is the reply. At that time, the pipeline stopped at very last step. " big files you can delete (following my directions) quorum_mer_db.jf, work1/superReadSequences.all.fasta work1/readPositionsInSuperreads

--Aleksey " By the way, you best asked the author, they reply very quick. You should tell them where the pipeline stop.
