Raw counts : the fission dataset in R (I found it here)

library("fission")
data("fission")
ddsTC <- DESeqDataSet(fission, ~ strain + minute + strain:minute)

I didn't find time courses experiments in human but for future reference, I found some in rat, mouse, worm and fly : ReCount

You might want to checkout Repositive, one can easily search there for expression datasets.. and they have quite a selection of data sources

Does it provide a processed data? and it seems only the raw data.

hmm.. yes it's not clear if one can get the processed data. I would imagine that in some of these databases one can upload processed data.
