To test consistency between replicates - I use wigcorrelate (after calling peaks with macs2 for TF). wigcorrelate outputs pearson correlation coefficient, although, it does not give any estimate of significance. My replicates give correlation coefficient of 0.277. Is there a way to figure out if this is significant?

What is your sample size?

Having this information you will be able to estimate significance

That's the thing, since this is Chip-Seq data and I am testing consistency between two replicates. Not sure what would count as sample size
