Dear all

I have used qiime to pick OTUs from 16s DNA datasets with 5 samples. Singletons OTUs have been filtered with -n 2 option in filter_otu_from_otu_table.py script. Then, I want to perform alpha diversity analysis by choosing observed-species, chao1, shannon, and simpson index.

*Now my question is the order of shannon index and simpson index in curve is difference (I think the trend of both indexes should be similar for their concepts) . So I don't know how to solve this, if you have some suggestions, please tell me. Thanks for your help.*

Can you please provide a glimpse of the data? or the graphs, if you have any?
