correlation of mutation of one gene and expression of second gene in same patient sample

I am trying to find a database of human patient samples that has mutations reported in one gene (sayA) and expression of other gene (say B) in same samples. I think this kid of information may be available in TCGA dataset but is there any database where I can quary this information instead of analyzing the complete dataset.

The question is not so clearly stated as to what you want to compare. If you want to see gene wise if there are any mutations for the same genes along with its expression values in cancer datasets then you can check cbioportal or oasis.

It will list out for the samples that have either only mutation or expression information or both along with the frequencies. Now for more detailed information you have to download the matrix and perform some analytics to infer sample specific information. For cbioportal you will be able to perform also programmatically most of the tasks. Hope this information is suitable for you.
