We, at Persistent Systems, have developed SkinSense, a novel chemo-informatics based computational solution for predicting skin sensitization potential of molecules. SkinSense is intended to serve as a primary screening tool for dermatology and cosmetic research, and enables predicting skin sensitization risk of the molecules of interest. It also provides mechanistic details such as skin protein reaction mechanisms and highlights reactive groups of these molecules. This assists in decision making as well as refinement of the molecules early on in the discovery process, and thus, saves time and cost.
In this webinar, we will demonstrate the features of SkinSense and present its usefulness towards skin research.
