Dear Farbod

I did download all mature miRNA from this like and the total of miRNA was 5176. and I need to use the link as reference.but is not given the same. If it's updated how to get the organelle link for my list?

You can download human miRNA gff from here, then using gffread or fastaFromBed extract human miRNAs. Simplest way is to download from Ensemble biomart

(When I cluster number of miRNA sequences and I get the result file which is normally one sequences come representative for some other sequences) How similar that miRNAs in one cluster in term of function? Do they preform similar function?

Please any paper talk about that.

Thanks
