How to get the normalized counts matrix

Hi Biostars community,

I'm trying to retrieve the normalized count matrix after normalizing with UQ using the betweenLaneNormalization() method, but I don't obtain the matrix like for example if you want to get the normalized matrix from edgeR just counts(obj,normalized=T).

any idea ?

Presumably you are using EDASeq. try normCounts()
