Currently we are looking for: BIOINFORMATIClAN
Location: Kraków
Requirements:
- PhD or MSc degree (might be the final year of Master's program) in bioinformatics, computer science/programming.
- Knowledge of NGS Data analysis (DE, Chip-Seq, RIP-Seq, CNV, SNP, assembly), bioinformatics sequence analysis methods.
- Fluent in Python or R
You get extra points for:
- Knowledge of microbiome analysis methods
- Knowledge of the newest findings in Immunotherapy
- Knowledge of the 3rd and 4th generation sequencing methods (PacBio, Nanopore)
- Hands-on experience with projects in Data Science, Machine Learning, Big Data, Data Mining
Tasks:
- Designing and applying bioinformatics data analysis tools to challenges in Life Science.
- Working closely with the US and EU based customers to improve their cutting edge R&D solutions.
- Example projects include implementation of new algorithms in R/Python/Django for experimental datasets or building custom analysis pipelines.
