Looking for a ClueGO (cytoscape) tutorial

Hi everybody,

I'm carrying out some GO analysis. For that propose I used cluego in Cytoscape, but I am struggling with the options. I 've not found any good tutorial in which all the parameters been clarified, does anybody know any good tutorial or reference book? The web site information and documentation is also unclear for me.

I doubt you will find better documentation of ClueGO elsewhere than on the ClueGO website. It seems likely that someone would have documented all the parameters better than the authors themselves.

I know the meaning for the parameters, but I don't know the parameters according with my data. THe ClueGO website explains the parameters, but not explains how to fix them according your data.
